This often takes place over a single session however it can take longer, particularly if the child is initially shy or becomes tired during the session. The fee for the initial assessment does not increase when it occurs over two sessions.
Assessments are followed up by a detailed written report that will include the results of the assessment, recommendations, and when appropriate a range of communication strategies that may be immediately implemented at home.
